Lai Yiu-Fai und Ho Po-Wing liebten sich, als sie von Hongkong nach Argentinien kamen. Sie suchten das Abenteuer, aber dann lief auf der Reise in den Süden etwas schief, und Ho trennte sich von seinem Geliebten.

Dort freundet er sich mich Chang an, einem jungen Taiwanesen. Ohne es zu merken, verliebt sich Lai in Chang, während Ho immer mehr vor die Hunde geht.
