nachdem die erste folge schon langweilig war, war ich gespannt, ob es eine steigerung geben könnte. gab es nicht. man lernt immerhin die figuren besser kennen. trotzdem nichts neues (für eine serie).

L'histoire d'une famille noble d'Angleterre juste avant la première guerre mondiale et le changement des mentalités face à la noblesse. Des personnages bien fouillés, une psychologie soignée. Tout tourne beaucoup autour des histoires d'amour des protagonistes mais avec finesse et pas mal de drames. Ceci dit ce n'est jamais lassant.

Die Handlung abwechslungsreich, die Dialoge prägnant und witzig, die Charaktere lebensnah und vielschichtig gezeichnet, die Dramaturgie immer nachvollziehbar, die Schauspieler sehr gut bis exzellent, die Ausstattung superb. Für Freunde der englischen Sprache ein Vergnügen allerfeinster Sorte.
