DAS GESETZ DER FAMILIE ist ein glaubhaftes und authentisches Sozialdrama, bei dem vor allem Michael Fassbender sympathisch ist und solide Leistungen zeigt.

Die Zwickmühle in welcher er sich befindet, ist begreiflich und nachvollziehbar.

Ich wurde insgesamt gut unterhalten, obwohl nicht alles logisch und glaubwürdig ist. Zudem gibt es ein paar schleppende und wiederholende Szenen.

Übrig bleibt ein ruhiges und gesellschaftlich nachdenkliches Drama mit passender Musik. Besonders der Song «Forgive Me» von Wilbert Harrison gibt dem Film nochmals einen Extra-Stern.
