Description

This Is The End follows six friends trapped in a house after a series of strange and catastrophic events devastate Los Angeles. As the world unravels outside, dwindling supplies and cabin fever threaten to tear apart the friendships inside. Eventually, they are forced to leave the house, facing their fate and the true meaning of friendship and redemption.

Sieht ziemlich improvisiert aus, und das haut den Streifen raus. Eine typische hanfangereicherte USA-Komödie, die nicht nach einem grösseren Sinn sucht und auch nicht mehr will als unterhalten. Die Selbstironie steht ihm gut und es hat ein paar lustige Szenen drin. Für Kifferabende sicher eine gute Wahl.

Die Schauspieler spielen "sich", gute Idee. Hat schon einige gute Szenen, doch irgendwas fehlt an den Film... wahrscheinlich eine angemessene Story.

Wenn man bedenkt, dass rund 90% des Films angeblich improvisiert ist wundert es nicht dass die story schrott ist. Aber (zumindest) im Original sind die Dialoge dieser Kommikertruppe noch recht witzig. Vorallem weil die typen "sich selbser" spielen...
Ich fand den film ok und unterhaltsam
