Description

Grossartiger Film. Dichte Atmosphäre, tolle Akteure durchs Band weg. Und Javier Botet verleiht der Kreatur ganz neues untotes Leben. Optisch am ehesten angelehnt an Max Schreck, ist sein Dracula aber beweglicher und unheimlicher. Für Liebhaber des Vampir-Films unbedingt empfohlen. Das ist ein Horrorfilm, wie ich ihn liebe. Und mit Sicherheit einer meiner Lieblingsfilme im 2023.

Der Film ist politisch korrekt gemacht. Der Hauptdarsteller ist ein Schwarzer, der Medizin studiert hat in Cambridge... Und das vor 150 Jahren. Graf Dracula ist eine Mischung aus Gollum und Bat Man. Eigentlich wäre der Film gut gemacht, gute Schauspieler, aber die Figuren sind enttäuschend.
