Londra, 1984. La Thatcher è al potere e il sindacato dei Minatori è in sciopero contro i tagli imposti. Durante il Gay Pride, un gruppo di attivisti decide di sposare la causa dei minatori, ma il sindacato è imbarazzato da questo supporto. Il gruppo non si scoraggia e decide di andare in uno sperduto paesino del Galles a consegnare direttamente ai minatori la propria donazione. Riusciranno due mondi così apparentemente diversi a dialogare?

Ein super Film, für alle geeignet und offenbar nach realen Begebenheiten der 80er Jahre in UK.
Dachte zuerst er sei vielleicht etwas öde, ist aber liebevoll, witzig und mit Tempo gemacht und taugt als seichte Unterhaltung ebenso wie als Lehrstück übers Leben. Die Zeiten ändern sich.
Sehr unterhaltsam und Lustig
