Finde ihn auch gut. Und hinsichtlich Vulkanologie recht gut recherchiert, da liegen sie schon nicht völlig daneben. Die Romanze finde ich schön, da ruhig und langsam aufgebaut. Linda Hamilton ist auf ihre sympathische, eigenständige und anlehnungsbedürftige Art als Bürgermeisterin Rachel Wando irgendwie total bezaubernd.

Finde ihn auch gut. Gewisse Szenen etwas in eine lange Spannung gezogen, aber super Effekte in die recht zaghafte Romance irgendwie berührend.

De Film isch würklich nu guat. => isch jedoch nit immer Wahrheitsgemäss; wie bei einem richtigen Vulkanausbruch.

Es hat mich selten in einem Film etwas mehr genervt, als die alte Frau bei Dante's Peak, die ihr Haus partout nicht verlassen will.
Also Volcano mit Tommy Lee Jones hat mir irgendwie besser gefallen.

Ein wenig inspirierter Thriller. Ich kriege den Verdacht nicht weg, die haben bei Franz Hohler geklaut. Die Parallelen sind nicht zu übersehen. Sein Vulkandrama (Buch: Der neue Berg) ist allerdings viel besser.
