Avant-garde poet Charlie hasn't had much luck with women, but then he meets Harriet, the girl of his dreams.. or is it his nightmares? Harriet is wonderful, but Charlie begins to suspect that she is Mrs. X., a woman who marries men, then kills them.

Myers should be axed from the comedy register for this insultingly inept follow-up to Wayne's World. Myers headlines as a so-bad-he's-good coffeehouse poet whose fear of marriage ends when he weds the quirky but beautiful owner (Travis) of the local butcher shop despite his mounting fears that she may be (drum roll, please) an axe murderer.
