Description

Get ready for a living, feeding nightmare when a swarm of gigantic crocodiles terrorizes a secluded country lake. When local wildlife is brutally mauled and campers are reduced to carcasses, biologist Nathan Bickerman (Colin Ferguson) knows a voracious predator is on the loose. So does a feisty female hunting guide (Yancy Butler) out for her next trophy. As the body count rises, the local sheriff tries to keep things quiet and keep the tourists coming. Die "Lake Placid"-Reihe ist für Trash- und Tier-Horror Fans absolut genial. Für mich die besten Krokodil-Filme überhaupt. Teil 1 ist gut gemacht, dafür etwas langweilig. Teil 2 und 3 sind super. Von Anfang bis zum Schluss viel Blut und nackte Haut... ...und darum geht es ja in diesen Filmen...

Die Computer animierten krokos sind sehr billig und schlecht gemacht. Finger weg von diesem DVD.

das wird ja immer schlimmer! der erste war absolut in ordnung, der zweite ein graus. dieser 3. teil ist dermassen billig das es schon peinlich ist. die ultrabilligen pc-kroks sind absolut unterirdisch schlecht und kitschig und die feierabend-"schauspieler"(!) eine zumutung. es ist wirklich traurig mitanzusehen wie tief der b-held früherer tage, michael ironside gesunken ist das er in derartigem müII mitspielt. ich hoffe die haben den namen lake placid jetzt genug malträtiert und es ist schluss.
