Il Dr. Feinstone è un pericoloso maniaco condannato all`ergastolo per i terribili omicidi dei suoi pazienti. Fuggito dall`ospedale psichiatrico, si rifugia nella città di Paradise, nel Missouri. Qui, dove nessuno sospetta della sua vera identità, Feinstone riesce ben presto a guadagnarsi la stima di tutti gli abitanti e l`amore della stupenda Jamie.
Accanto a lei sogna di poter dimenticare gli orrendi crimini del passato. Ma quando nel suo studio si presenta il primo paziente, Feinstone capisce che uccidere è per lui una droga della quale non può fare a meno. Col passare del tempo gli omicidi si fanno più violenti e sanguinari e affinchè Jamie non sospetti di nulla, il dentista deve riuscire a sbarazzarsi dei corpi terribilmente mutilati delle vittime...

years ago demented dentist dr. alan feinstone was sentenced to spend his life in a maximum security mantal hospital. now, he's escaped and determined to practice-again. resettled in the tiny farm town of paradise, the good doctor conveniently disposes of the local dentist and he's open for business! within moments of wielding a scalpel on his first patient, he is transformed into his former deranged self. the more patients alan sees, the more brutal his cleaning techniques bocome. when a few residents suspect something peculiar about the town's new dentist, alan vows to treat them all before they drill up his chilling past.

    Den ganzen Film durch gähnende Langeweile! Aber am schluss wird gefoltert dass jeder hartgesotene Bluthund die Zehen zusammenballt!!! Macht echt Spass den Film mit seiner Freundin zu schauen;-)

    Un film gore, parfois angoissant et une pointe d'humour: la recette d'un bon film d'horreur.

    Corbin Bernsen ist ein zweites Mal genial als Dentist. Mir hat auch der zweite Teil sehr gut gefallen, die Story ist mal was anderes, die Schauspieler sind gut, ebenfalls die Effekte. Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen wenn man bald einen Termin beim Zahnarzt hat.

    Corbin Bernsen gefällt mir wieder sehr gut als durchgeknallter Zahnarzt.Die
    F/X sind sehr gut gemacht.Nicht unbedingt anschauen wenn man bald einen
    Termin beim Zahnarzt hat!
