hier kannst du getrost zugreifen. ich hab diese version und denke, da der explodierende kopf drin ist sollte alles komplett sein. einziger wehrmutstropfen: auf der dvd ist "nur" die widescreen-version. ich besitze auch die ausgabe in fullscreen, und da ist oben und unten noch einiges zu sehen. das originalformat war wohl 4:3 wie die meisten der früheren cronenberg-filme.
trotzdem die höchstwertung, da klassiker!!!

Die DVD habe ich zwar nicht, sie sie aber ganz sicher total unzensiert.

Man kann nicht immer nach Laufzeiten gehen, da viel flasches auf Covern oder Seiten steht.

Ich besitze diese Version (noch) nicht. Falls die hier angegebene Laufzeit stimmt, ist er gekürzt. In der japanischen Box von «Happinet Pictures» ist dieser 1. Teil mit 105 Min. angegeben. Die italienische DVD-Fassung mit 104 Minuten. Das englische Video hat eine Laufzeit von knapp über 103 (also auch 104) Minuten. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die MPAA für ein R-Rating (Version auf dieser DVD) Cuts verlangt hat. Auch wenn es nur recht wenige harte Gore-Effekte gibt. Aber halt schon mal einen explodierenden Kopf... Wer kennt diese und auch andere Versionen?
