When a gang of masked robbers armed to the teeth storm the bank, the local cops come out in force to save the lives inside the building.

The drama escalates when the chief negotiator is shocked to discover the gang is led by his brother, with whom he grew up playing Cops and Robbers. This time it’s for real, the guns are real and lives and reputations are at stake.

This tension driven thriller grows as Michael Jai White, a strung-out hostage negotiator plays a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the cornered bank robber. He, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, is hell bent on getting out of the bank and humiliating the negotiator in the process.
