Simon (Jason Andrews) is a New York City bootlegger who sells stolen music on the streets of Manhattan's Lower East Side. Ludlow Street chick Cyd (Kimberly Flynn), who has a real job, has sex with Simon weekday mornings. Simon rips off Cynthia Sley's (Bush Tetras) militant all-girl punk band 1-900-BOXX. The band comes after Simon, inadvertently tromps his would-be sidekick Fuller (Kevin Corrigan), and hounds Simon out of the city with girl from his past Marty (Eddie Daniels) in tow. The two desperados hightail it to Queens on the subway, ending in Far Rockaway where Marty confesses her love to Simon under the boardwalk at 105th St. But Simon is drawn back to the neighborhood for a final savage showdown.
