A former motorcycle gang member, Gi-su now earns his living as a bike messenger. One day after making a delivery to an office building, he witness the building blow up. Never suspecting he could have anything to do with the disaster, he moves on to his next job - which involves escorting a girl group singer, A-rom, to a TV station. As she puts his helmet on, a timer mechanism is triggered and a countdown clock appears. Gi-su gets a call from a stranger telling him that the helmet is booby-trapped and will blow up if he fails to make a series of deliveries within a fixed time limit. With the police hot on his trail, he races to complete the deliveries and stop the timer on the helmet.

Der Geschwindigkeitssüchtige Motorradkurier Ki Soo ist der Alptraum jedes Verkehrspolizisten. Nichts kann Ki Soo aufhalten wenn er erst mal auf seiner Maschine sitzt, bis seine letzte Lieferung eine gewaltige Explosion in einem Gebäude verursacht. Ein mysteriöser Anrufer teilt Ki Soo mit, dass eine weitere Bombe in seinem Helm versteckt ist - diesen jedoch trägt Ki Soos Freundin, Ah Rom. Um Ah Rom zu retten, muss Ki Soo weiterhin seine explosiven Pakete in einer bestimmten Zeit ausliefern. Ein Wettlauf gegen die Zeit beginnt, wobei Ki Soo eine Spur der Verwüstung hinterlässt...

    Pas original pour un sou, mais au fil du temps on ne s'emmerde pas, le film s'améliore, le rythme s'accélère, l'humour un peu lourd s'étiole... Un film sympathique, finalement.
