Filmmaker Maurice Jamal’s (Ski Trip) second feature is a family comedy that was a major hit on the film festival circuit last year. A prodigal son story with a twist, Dirty Laundry follows Patrick (Rockmond Dunbar), a black gay man who seems to have the perfect life - a great job at an upscale magazine, a cute young boyfriend and a hot apartment. Then a knock on his door sends him back to the traditionally crazed southern family he hasn’t seen in a decade.
