Koro-sensei löst nicht nur sein Versprechen ein und verrät den Schülern der E-Klasse seinen absoluten Schwachpunkt, Kaede Kayano zwingt ihn ausserdem, von seiner Vergangenheit zu erzählen. Wer oder was ist Koro-sensei wirklich? Warum hat er vor, die Erde zu zerstören? Und warum ist es ihm so wichtig, ausgerechnet die E-Klasse der Kunugigaoka-Mittelschule zu unterrichten? Doch die Antworten auf diese Fragen spalten die Klasse in zwei Lager. Um den Klassenfrieden wieder herzustellen, veranstaltet Koro-sensei ein Survival-Paintball-Battle.
