Syria 2017. In the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa, the Russian spy Haibala (Álvaro Morte) is tasked with tracking down one of the most wanted leaders of the Islamic State, "the Jordanian". The nurse Malika has also been assigned the same mission by European secret services.
