Un politicante riesce a far uscire di prigione Doc, un delinquente incallito, prima che abbia scontato per intero la pena; in cambio quest’ultimo deve rapinare una banca per lui. Il colpo viene messo a segno con alcuni complici che pero` si con- tendono il bottino. Doc scappa verso il Messico con i soldi e la moglie, inseguito dal complice, che aveva creduto morto, e dalla polizia. La strada pero` e` molto lunga e i pericoli sempre in agguato. Riuscira` l’abile Doc nel suo intento?

Un rapinatore fugge con la moglie verso il Messico, dopo essere evaso dal carcere, inseguito dalla polizia e da un complice che ha cercato di eliminarlo. Il film ha avuto un rifacimento nel 1994.

    Cooler und doch sensibler McQueen in Getaway mit zukünftiger Frau. Wurde von einem anderen Hollywood-Pärchen nachverfilmt - Vergiss es ! Nichts kommt gegen die beiden "ausgewanderten" Schotten an - psychosensitiver Roadmovie !
