Description
Dr. Ben Cahill (Thomas Calabro), a city doctor, freezes up under pressure in the emergency room, due to his recent divorce and struggles with his alcohol addiction recovery. To get his act back together, he decides to unwind a few months on Orr Island, off the coast of Maine. He almost immediately garners spite from a gang of locals, with the exception of Sheriff Hobbs (Dean Stockwell) and (Nell Bartle (Kristen Dalton), who quickly becomes smitten with Ben. Meanwhile, a body has washed up on shore infested with a strange type of carnivorous cockroach. But when Dr. Cahill tries to warn the townsfolk of the danger, they are naturally skeptical. Will they realize the truth before it's too late?
