Desert Storm drove the Iraqi army back to Baghdad, but they did not go far enough. Now the Iraqis have developed a long range missle to carry the deadly biological weapon we never found. Former Air Force fighter ace LEE MILLER (Daniel Baldwin) is urgently brought out of retirement to create a cover squad of commando fighter pilots.
