Bodyshop follows the journey of the ghost of a young soldier who, after a tragic incident, bids farewell to his mother and embarks on a globe-trotting adventure to reunite with his transgender sister. Armed with charm and the ability to possess living bodies, he intertwines with the romantic lives of unfaithful lovers in Taiwan, Japan, Spain, and Thailand. Amid the backdrop of contemporary Hong Kong protests, the ghost discovers a "soul mate," leading them to a concealed garage where human bodies are subjected to treatment beyond moral boundaries.
