Description

Having distinguished himself in combat during his tour of Southeast Asia, John Steele (Martin Kove) has struggled to find himself since returning home to Southern California. However, when his cop best friend is ambushed and slain by the local Vietnamese Mafia─and the ganglord (Soon-Tek Oh) who gave the kill order is an ex-VC general with whom he has a personal vendetta─Steele may have just found himself another war.
