    In den frühen 60ern entdeckte die amerikanische Jugend, angestossen durchs Folk-Revival und englische Rock Bands, ihre musikalischen Wurzeln wieder - und damit ihr grösstes Kulturgut. Als Zeitportrait funktioniert der Film ganz gut. Er bietet allerdings nur wenig Witz und Überraschungen.
