Un professore di archeologia sta lavorando ad alcuni scavi in una necropoli, quando risveglia senza volerlo le anime tormentate di chi vi era stato seppellito: si tratta di etruschi che, grazie ad alcune pratiche magiche, si sono trasformati in zombie. Mentre il professore viene ucciso e trasformato a sua volta in uno zombie, nella sua villa si sta svolgendo una festa con molti invitati importanti, che presto verrà interrotta dall'arrivo dello studioso e dei suoi terribili accompagnatori a caccia di sangue.

Fulci hätte von diesem Film noch lernen können??? Ich liebe diesen Film, doch gegen Fulcis Filme hat er keine Chance... Fulci hätte noch lernen können... Hahaha! Selten so gelacht... Kultig ist er natürlich trotzdem!
